What if we switch CRMs later?
The workflows are built on n8n, not inside your CRM. Swapping from HubSpot to Salesforce means replacing the CRM nodes, not rebuilding the entire pipeline. We can scope a migration as a follow-on project — typically 40-60% of the original build cost since the logic and data layer already exist.
Do we need a paid CRM plan?
No. HubSpot's free tier has full API access for contacts, companies, deals, and custom properties. That's all the sync needs. If you're already on a paid plan, we can use additional features like workflows and sequences, but the core automation works on free.
How long until we're live?
Connect tier: 5-7 business days. Automate tier: 7-10 business days. Scale tier: 10-14 business days. We scope the timeline on the call and commit to it. If we miss the deadline, the walkthrough call is on us.
What happens if a sync breaks after handoff?
Every build includes a monitoring workflow that alerts you (Slack or email) if any sync fails. You'll know within minutes, not weeks. For the first 48 hours after handoff, we fix any issues at no cost. After that, we offer a monthly monitoring retainer or you can fix it yourself — the documentation covers common failure modes and how to resolve them.
Can you connect tools beyond CRM and outreach?
Yes. The tiers above cover the core CRM-to-outreach pipeline, but n8n connects to 800+ tools. If you need Stripe, Slack, Google Sheets, Notion, or anything else wired into the flow, we scope it as an add-on during the mapping call. Most single-tool additions are $300-$500.
