Agreement to Terms: By accessing or using the InsightfulAgents.AI website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
"We," "Us," "Our" refers to InsightfulAgents.AI, LLC. "You," "Your" refers to the user or customer. "Services" refers to The AI Lead Engine program and related consulting services.
We offer The AI Lead Engine, a 90-day done-with-you program including: AI chatbot implementation, email automation, CRM setup, LinkedIn content strategy, positioning development, and traffic strategies.
Our services are designed for independent consultants, trainers, and coaches who charge $3,000+ per engagement. We conduct fit calls before accepting clients.
Program Pricing: $4,997 (regularly $5,997)
Payment Options: Pay in full, 3-month plan ($1,832/mo), or 6-month plan ($997/mo)
Failed payments may result in service suspension. Late fees of $50/week may apply after 14 days.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you complete Phase 1 and are not satisfied, request a full refund within 30 days. You must demonstrate completion of all Phase 1 deliverables and attend all scheduled calls. After 30 days, no refunds are provided.
You agree to: attend scheduled calls, complete homework, respond within 48 hours, implement strategies, and provide necessary information. Missed appointments without 24-hour notice count as completed sessions.
Important: While we guarantee 20+ qualified leads/month are achievable with proper implementation, we cannot guarantee specific revenue results. Success depends on your effort, expertise, market conditions, and ability to close sales.
All content, materials, and curriculum are owned by InsightfulAgents.AI. You receive a limited license to use materials for your own business. You may NOT share, resell, or reproduce materials.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during engagement, including business strategies, financials, and program materials.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INSIGHTFULAGENTS.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING ANY CLAIM.
Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted by the American Arbitration Association in Florida. You waive rights to participate in class actions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Exclusive jurisdiction is in Flagler County, Florida courts.
Either party may terminate with written notice. Upon termination, your access ceases, and you must stop using materials. Outstanding payment obligations remain.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted with an updated date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
