This Privacy Policy describes how InsightfulAgents.AI LLC (“Insightful Agents,” “we,” or “us”) collects, uses, and discloses information about visitors to insightfulagents.ai and the related forms and tools published on that site. By using the site you agree to the practices described below.

What We Collect

We collect two general categories of information:

• Information you provide. Email address and any name or company details you submit through contact forms, subscription signups, the Automation Debt Calculator and other lead-capture tools, or direct email correspondence.
• Information collected automatically. Standard web-analytics data including pages viewed, traffic source, approximate geographic region (country/region/city level), device type, browser type, screen size, and anonymized interaction events (clicks, form submissions, scroll depth). This data is collected via PostHog product analytics and standard web-server access logs.

We do not intentionally collect Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, government identification numbers, health information, precise geolocation, or other sensitive personal information. If you submit such information voluntarily through a free-text field, we may receive it incidentally; we ask that you do not include sensitive information in form submissions or correspondence.

How We Use the Information

• To respond to inquiries and deliver the content or tools you requested.
• To send subscription content, newsletters, and product updates to readers who opt in.
• To improve the site, the methodology pages, and the published research by understanding aggregate reader behavior.

• Supabase — database and form-submission storage

• GoDaddy — origin web hosting
• Google Workspace — email correspondence
• Email-delivery and outreach platforms — for newsletters, responses, and operational outreach (e.g., Instantly, HubSpot CRM, n8n workflows)

We do not sell visitor data and we do not share visitor data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

The site uses cookies and similar local-storage mechanisms for essential functionality (e.g., maintaining a session, preserving form state) and for analytics. You may disable cookies through your browser settings; some site features may not work if you do.

Email Communications

Analytics data is retained at the aggregate level on a rolling basis; individual identifiers in analytics events are retained according to PostHog retention defaults unless we otherwise instruct.

Security

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee that information transmitted over the internet is fully secure.

Children

The site is intended for adult readers (18 years of age or older). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us at [email protected] so we can delete it.

International Visitors

Our infrastructure is hosted in the United States. If you visit the site from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
